At Sharks with Lasers LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Digital Goods
All sales of digital goods, including digital images and downloadable content, are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Physical Items
We offer a 30-day refund policy on eligible physical items under the following conditions.
Eligibility
Refunds are available only if the item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Does not function as intended upon delivery
Proof of Issue
Customers must provide proof of the issue, such as:
- Photographs of the damage or defect
- A detailed description of the problem
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@sharkswithlasers.net within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our support team will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
- Return the item in its original condition, including any accessories and original packaging whenever possible.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The incorrect item was shipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
